Dr. Ece Yucel is a thoracic surgeon specializing in the treatment of the sympathetic nervous system. With 13 years of experience — 9 of which have been dedicated exclusively to hyperhidrosis — she founded Clinica SU guided by a single and precise principle: prioritizing conservative treatments and choosing surgery only as a last resort.
Trained at Columbia University (New York), Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität (Munich), and Campus Bio-Medico (Rome), where she wrote her thesis on ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) protocols. She strongly adopts these protocols to ensure her patients a recovery path that is rapid, less painful, and clinically optimized. She is a member of the ESTS (European Society of Thoracic Surgery), the ESTS Hyperhidrosis Consensus Study Group, and the ISSS (International Society of Sympathetic Surgery) and the SIET (Society Italian of Endoscopy Thoracic).

Foul-Smelling SweatThose who live with intense or difficult-to-control sweating know how much this condition can affect daily life—from clothing choices and personal relationships to work activities. Thanks to a specialized and personalized approach, it is possible to identify the causes of the problem and choose the most effective treatment to improve comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
Contact

Sweating of the face and scalp is often underestimated but profoundly limiting. It requires a specific evaluation to rule out secondary causes (hormonal, neurological) before any treatment.
Medical Botulinum Toxin
Advanced Medical Iontophoresis Axillary hyperhidrosis is the most common and socially impactful form. Visible stains, persistent odor, the inability to wear certain colors: it is not an aesthetic problem, it is a clinical condition that deserves an appropriate approach.
Topical and Systemic Treatments
Advanced and Personalized Medical Iontophoresis
Medical Botulinum Toxin
Thermal Treatment MiraDry® Sweating hands condition every human contact: handshakes, keyboards, documents, musical instruments, cooking, petting animals, and using smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices. Palmar hyperhidrosis responds well to iontophoresis and botulinum toxin, avoiding surgery in the vast majority of cases.

Evaluation for Bilateral Minimally Invasive Sympathectomy (selected cases only) A 45–60 minute specialist consultation. You bring your story, we provide the time to listen to it without rushing and without ready-made solutions.

We analyze the type of sweating disorder, the affected areas, the factors influencing it, and the response of the sympathetic nervous system. From this evaluation, a personalized, shared therapeutic plan is created, based on the options best suited to each individual patient.

We always start with the least invasive approach, shared with you. Each subsequent step is proposed only if necessary, and always with your full informed consent.
